MAINTAIN INVENTORY ITEMS
First we
click on MAINTAIN and then INVENTORY ITEMS
A new window
will be open
In this
window first we can enter the ITEM ID and also DESCRITION and then choose right
upper corner from STOCK ITEM
In General
we can write the UNIT/MEASURE of item and also write the GL SALES ACCOUNT,GL
INVENTORY ACCOUNT,GL COST OF GOODS SOLD and after that save it from save
button.All the inventory items can save in STOCK ITEM .
Then choose
the ASSEMBLY .
After
choosing assembly we can put the ITEM ID and DESCRIPTION and also GL SALES
ACCOUNT ,GL INVENTORY ACCOUNTand GL COST OF SALES ACCOUNT.
Then we
click on BEGINNING BALANCES a new window will be open in this window put all
the quantity and unit cost of items and then save it.
